Faith in Action: Our Mission in Guatemala

Our organization provides essential services, including education, medical care, and spiritual guidance to the most vulnerable populations. With a genuine commitment to sustainability and transformative outreach, we have received recognition for our impactful initiatives. Notably, our programs assist children with disabilities in regaining mobility, and our new headquarters will enhance our ability to serve.

Twelve to Milos is a U.S.-based Christian nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives in Guatemala through education, medical care, and spiritual guidance.
For over seven years, we’ve served vulnerable children and families with compassion, dignity, and unwavering faith. Our work includes supporting children with disabilities — helping them regain mobility and confidence — as well as providing school supplies, clean water, and emotional care to underserved communities.
In a bold step of faith, we recently donated 8 acres of land to establish our permanent headquarters in Guatemala, a place where love, healing, and hope can grow.
With every act of service, we carry forward our belief: that faith, when put into action, can change the world one child at a time.
